The founder, Dr. Bart DiLiddo PhD, created the company due to failure and frustration from his own investing experiences. He subscribed to countless investing newsletters, watched all the talking heads on TV, worked with financial advisors and realized that none of them knew what they were doing. There had to be a better way and he set out to find it…and did. He discovered that all the influencing factors could be summed up in mathematical value, safety and timing models. Testing and retesting confirmed that his approach reflected market reality. This started as a physical publication and evolved to the software it is today.
