As the founder of Greenhouse Emporium, my story began when I returned from my deployment as a young soldier in Afghanistan. I faced challenges readjusting after my deployment, so I took up gardening as a therapeutic pastime.
Unfortunately, being stationed in upstate New York meant that my gardening hobby was hindered by long winters and short growing seasons.
Thankfully, a friend had a greenhouse that I could use, and this changed everything. The greenhouse provided a sanctuary where I could grow plants all year round and find peace and tranquility.
The impact that greenhouse gardening had on my life inspired me to start Greenhouse Emporium. Our mission is to help people pursue their gardening passions, no matter the challenges they face.
