I am beyond impressed with their customer service. One of the bags had been delivered partially broken open and I wasn't sure how much seed had been lost... they replaced an entire 10 lb bag, no questions asked.

This is the 2nd year ordering seeds. Delivery is prompt. Selections are good.
Seed packages do not have planting instructions. Neither does the product page on the website. The lack of information on planting means looking at other sources to obtain specifics.

Overall site design is alright, although the website prompted me to share my location on EVERY PAGE I opened. The filter didn't seem to work well either; I attempted to filter by Intermountain West natives, and that didn't seem to be a valid filtering option?
Regarding the products on offer: I appreciated the ability to buy seeds by type. Not a huge fan of most of the mixes, because I was looking for purely native USA mixes and most of the ones on this site contain at least a few nonnatives. I was able to put together my own mix by verifying with some googling, and I really appreciated the variety of seeds on offer. Here's hoping!

I cannot recommend this company to others b/c they, like me, are on fixed incomes which cannot accommodate the costs of shipping & handling charges of $8 per order. I was perturbed enough to write a protest to the company, and they responded immediately with a complete discount of those charges, but misnamed who they were responding to. I do not know any 'Melissa.'

I'm giving Nature's Seed a second chance after my last order took over two weeks to ship and a total of about a month to arrive. This shipment was processed as expected and arrived in a timely manner. The product itself is first rate.
