I bought this because it had the features I wanted, but I have found the app tricky to navigate. The watch was harder to set up than I thought (and I do tech stuff for a living). The text on the watch itself is TINY and difficult to navigate around. And the GPS isn't as granular as I wanted. I mainly wanted the watch so that I could track down my six-year-old when she's running around the neighborhood with her buddies and it's time for dinner. This thing is usually off by a couple of streets. It's also BULKY and completely dwarfs my child's wrist. At the end of the day, my child just uses the SOS button to call me when she needs something, and since her being able to keep in touch is the most important thing, we decided to just live with the watch, but I'm honestly not thrilled and I feel a little disappointed every time I look at it.

This watch would be AMAZING if all the features would work....but they don't... Or only do sometimes. Customer service has been helpful with this... When you can actually reach someone. I think this company still has some work to do developing their product and needs to improve their software and app that goes along with the watch. I planned on returning it but I'm so hopeful to work out the kinks and issues we're having and my seven day limit is almost up so I'm going to choose to stick with the watch and hope the company follows through with promises of contact and help(so far their supervisor was supposed to contact me last week and still hasn't and someone was supposed to contact me last night and still hasn't. One HUGE step to improvement would be their customer service department.... You need to be available to help your customers or people aren't going to want to be customers!!!

Company still has a lot of work to do working out the kinks within their software and their customer service has been terrible because you can hardly ever reach anyone for help. When I did speak with someone he was able to troubleshoot and fix some of the issues ... Other issues I was told I would receive a call back and never have.

Doesn’t come with SIM card

The SIM card is not included in the box but rather packed separately (for US customers only).
If this was not the case and it was a packing mistake on the line, of course we would be happy to send you a replacement one for free.
We would be really grateful if you might reconsider your review to be more in line with what you think of the actual product. A one-star review tells the world the watch is atrocious. It really is so damaging; and in this case, isn't really reflecting your thoughts on the watch itself.

Don't know who to call for a SIM card

A little hard to set up. Couldn’t open door for SIM card. Little screwdriver kept slipping. Finally succeeded with one of my own. I have a bit spotty cell service but it works good when we have service. My husband seems to be able to use some of the features. It gives me comfort knowing he can get in touch with me & I can call him.

I purchased this for my husband who has dementia. He likes to go for walks but I worried that he would get lost. He often forgot to take his phone with him. After he lost (once again) his phone, I decided to try the Angel watch. He is able to take his walks and I can see where he is and he is also able to call me if he needs help.
