To get the "good price" on monthly phone minutes and texts per month, had to purchase SIM card thru Angel Watch. Found this out AFTER purchasing one thru Redpocket Mobile. Not all customer service reps at red pocket mobile are aware of Angel watch and/or promotions. Unable to speak to support at Angel Watch after calling twice. Have left 2 messages with no calls back. Watch is only able to make phone calls, but no video calls. Unable to use all aspects of app. Would be nice to be able to connect with Angel Watch to get a fully functioning watch for my daughter!! Unfortunately you cannot hold on the line to speak with a representative, they must call you back. Quite frustrating!!
