I received a used watch, as a screen protector was already on it, and fingerprints were all over the screen. The watch doesn't charge past 12% and said the screen is locked when charging, when it is not even charging. SIM card also did not work. I get network connection for about 30 seconds then it goes away, even when i try to reboot and set it up outside. I am also in a big city, so there should not be any network challenges.

Purchased the Angelwatch for my 6 yr old grandson who stays at his father's every weekend and has been witness to many frightening arguments there. He now can call for reassurance from mom or Grammy if frightened. Mom is also able to track his whereabouts at all times. One of my best investments.

Original wristband broke and went through a few more wristbands breaking after having for less than 8 months. SIM card stopped working so had to buy new one. Now watch is black and won’t respond to touch. It can hear phone calls but can’t pick up because everything is black.

This watch has been extremely frustrating. Between the horrible service with Red Pocket and the frustrations with the watch.. this watch ends up being useless. Most of the issues are on the Red Pocket side, but is still very frustrating trying to track and contact my daughter and either the call doesn't go through or she doesn't hear the watch ringing (even at the highest volume). The date format is day/month (28/2) and cannot be changed. like .. why? The remote camera option is a great idea, but the pictures never turn out because they are blurry and the camera is subpar. The calorie count feature is wayy off. Like ridiculously off. By 9am it would say that my daughter has burned 2,000 calories. She is barely getting out of bed at that time, let alone burning that many calories by getting out of bed and putting her watch on. By the end of the day, it will say she burned over 200K calories. I would assume that the other health features aren't accurate either. The battery life sucks. It has to be charged every night, even with no use during the day and the Location update schedule turned off. Also, when it is on the charger, the watch cannot be used. What if she is away from home, charging her watch, and I need to get a hold of her? I understand I can call whomever she is with, but the point of this watch is to stay in contact and for me to have piece of mind that I know where she is and can get a hold of her. You cannot use SMS on the watch. Which isn't a horrible thing, but would be nice on the few occasions that one of her approved contacts can text her. You can also get a plan with AT&T for a watch that is unlimited everything for $10. Don't bother trying to move to AT&T because I have been told that it will not work. Overall, I would not recommend this watch as there is so much unreliability. You are better off spending a little bit more money and getting an Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy watch.

Happy with this purchase and it works as advertised. Signed up for the cell service and gave to my daughter when she went away for the day. She was able to call when she wanted, leave voice texts, and we could track her via gps.
