Getting your network carrier to work may take a minute but it's understandable I guess as it can work with just about every one. We made the mistake of not following their guide which cost us a few hours so anybody reading this- READ THE NETWORK GUIDE and it'll save you a lot of time. Once set up and working it's great. My kids love it and I love seeing them happy and knowing I can get in touch when I'm away and can keep an eye on them. BTW- we created a geo fence around our neighborhood where there's a known dangerous intersection and I already got an alert when my girl passed where she's not allowed to go. Would never have known otherwise. Their support is great too. Recommend this to any parent.

I love this. We were about to drop $180 on Verizon's Gizmo that doesn't even have video calling. This is great. Took a min to set up but that's more of a network issue than a watch one. Angel Watch customer service was super helpful. We went with Pure Talk through AT&T for $10 a month. Highly recommended and great customer service.

We researched the heck out of alternatives and none came anywhere near the features/capabilities of the Angel Watch. We were looking for a device that we could track and communicate with our kids and this does that and so much more. Sure an Apple Watch does even more but you gotta be nuts to drop $450 for a watch for a kid that would only use 5% of it's capability and then just lose it. 79 bucks and I got a device that does everything I was looking for that I'll use 90% of and if my kid loses it, it's not the end of the world.

This watch works great! My son loves it (he is 8). I'm glad we found this watch. There are many watches on Amazon but they use 2G networks which don't work that well with location tracking - Angel Watch uses 4G which is much better (you will find 4G watches on Amazon but they are much more expensive). Also, this watch looks so much more grown up than other kids smart watches out there. We bought the SpeedTalk Mobile SIM card for $5 on Amazon and that works well. My only complaint is that the setup of the watch is lacking instructions, but the Angel Watch support team is amazing so if you have any questions email them and they will get back to you ASAP. They said they will work on a better setup guide to make it even easier to get the watch working and connected to the mobile network.

Love these guys customer service. Watch works as advertised. I love that I can get alerted when the battery is low! That was my biggest practical concern.

We researched tons of options online and settled on this. Received it last week and works perfect. Kids love it and we love the oversight. Update: we’re stuck all in the house, and finding this a great way to get them down with out having to yell like before!

I'm divorced and my husband has the kids two times a month on weekends. Things were pretty bad and I was very worried about the time Caley was with him- to the point of panic attacks. The Angel Watch lets me remotely listen in on what was going on when he is with her and actually, everything is fine. I DEFINITELY feel much better because of this watch. Highly recommended- especially for mothers that are forced to spend time apart from their kids!
