The watch is ok. Not what I expected and not worth the price. The screen broke really really easy. I do like being able to call my son and listen in on what he is doing. Not worth the price though. GPS is not accurate either.

One issue I've had with the watch is that the GPS is not accurate, which is concerning as a parent when that's one of the major features that you want to work. So far the call function has worked well. I haven't experimented a lot yet with the video call feature or text messaging.

Hi Courtney,
You can! Using the Line app on the watch will allow you to do just that (watch to app text messages and vice versa).
The native Angel Watch app still allows you as the app holder to text the watch (just press the keyboard icon), but the watch can only send voice and picture messages back as in reality, the screen is just too small to be able to practically text from the watch to the app, although the Line app (being a third party app) certainly does allow it if you really wanted it!

We really love this watch for the most part. There are a few features that I cannot figure out how to use. I cannot figure out how to message back and forth with my child. All messages seem to go directly to the app (on my phone) and not the watch. Also, I wish the battery life was better. But overall, the phone calling works great, GPS location is pretty good and other remote features seem to work great.

Customer service was very responsive when I could not initially find the SIM card. Watch came quickly and setup was pretty easy.
