About this CompanyOur story begins back in 2000, when Laura and Scott Jordan - our future Pocket entrepreneurs - realized the world of fashion was light years behind the ever-changing world of technology. Laura was tired of carrying all of Scott’s gadgets in her bags and Scott’s traditional pockets couldn’t carry everything he needed...and a man purse was out of the question. Scott had a brilliant idea: he would create a modified fisherman’s vest but with extra pockets, enough to hold all of his essentials but still stylish enough to wear out around town.
Those were the humble beginnings of SCOTTeVEST. The company has now evolved into an international business, with a full line of men’s and women’s vests, jackets, pullovers, hoodies, shirts, dresses, underwear, pajamas and pants; all designed to strategically hold and organize your personal belongings so whatever you need is always on hand.

The drop down selection to describe the product did not have the selection I needed. I love Scott-e apparel. What I don’t like is the returns and exchange process. It takes far too long and is very burdensome. The Chinos I ordered were too small and I wanted to exchange them for the next size up. You have to submit for a RMA # then ship the product back for exchange. You have to pay for the return shipping. Supposedly you get that refunded somehow later. Most online retailers do refunds and exchange way more efficiently then Scott-e does. If this process was more efficient I would have rated 5 out of 5 stars.

The pockets are too far back, face backwards, not forwards, so I have to reach cross-body to us them or unless you’re double-jointed which I am not. This product is not at all what I expected. I love pockets so am doubly disappointed.

Love the color and the crew neck. The pocket faces backwards, not forwards, so I must reach cross-body to use the one pocket on the right side. The other pocket on the left, similarly points to the back. This is unnatural for me and like the blouse, unlike any other product I have encountered. So disappointed.

I bought size small pants and they were too big. I returned them and it cost me over $10. I think you should offer free returns for the price you pay for the pants. I would have exchanged for a smaller size but I was afraid if it didn't fit, I didn't end up paying another $10 and not have any product which would be a total of $20 for nothing. I also sent an email stating the above, and I never got a reply.

I absolutely love all of the pockets in this jacket! I purchased this one because I can also take the sleeves off and use it as a vest. It’s well made, with good quality materials and is durable. I am very happy with my purchase!

I ordered a small and it was too big. When I returned it I had to pay for shipping which was over $10. I would have exchanged, but I didn’t want to take a chance of paying another $10 to return it if it didn’t fit, right. For the price of your pants, you should offer free returns. I also sent an email and never got a response so I was not happy about that.

I have been looking for a lightweight versatile vest with inside pockets and found ScotteVest! I'm 5'9,"153lbs and the XL is perfect. I decided to go with the cadet blue which is sort of a muted blue/grey and works with my colours! Material is soft, comfortable and short enough to wear under a jacket. Perfect for daily wear but I did order it for an upcoming European trip. Definately worth the $!

I’m really pleased with this. I bought the XL and it fits well over my hoodie. The fabric is soft and comfortable. I look forward to wearing on walks and upcoming trips in cooler weather. The gray is a great neutral color.
