Scott had a brilliant idea: he would create a modified fisherman’s vest but with extra pockets, enough to hold all of his essentials but still stylish enough to wear out around town.
Those were the humble beginnings of SCOTTeVEST. The company has now evolved into an international business, with a full line of men’s and women’s vests, jackets, pullovers, hoodies, shirts, dresses, underwear, pajamas and pants; all designed to strategically hold and organize your personal belongings so whatever you need is always on hand.

I agree with everything all the customers are saying.. The Hoodies are a high quality piece of clothing.. living in Canada and paying the shipping costs and taxes makes it harder for many to become repeat customers.. I REPEAT!! Quality is amazing!! I still have a grey one with a funky logo on the back from a decade ago.. They last a long time!! My only complaint is shipping and the lack of colour options. I'd like a green hoodie and another red one to replace the one i bought five years ago.. much love Scottevest!! From underwear to shirys and Hoodies Thanks for clothing me all these years!!

Comfy and pockets are handy, but the material is too light and wears out quickly, more than twice as fast as my Harley-Davidson cotton hoodie did that I paid the same price for. Now these Scottevest hoodies are double the price I paid

The SCOTTeVEST is a very well designed and functional product. With multiple convenient zippered pockets, it's a great hoodie for travel and hiking. It's a bit on the pricey side but a very good product.

I've only had the hoodie for a short while and worn it only twice so far, but I'm very pleased with the hoodie--it's comfortable, fits well and has great pocket storage.

This is my third SCOTTe hoodie, and all have been different. The first one is still being the worn, the second fell apart way too soon for the money, and on this new version, I am thrilled the 'cute' Do Not Disturb flap on the hood is gone! The colour is new, and I like that too. Sometimes black, grey and blue gets boring! These hoodies, for me, are indispensable. I also have the first SCOTTe fleece jacket and a pair of their shorts. Life savers for someone who loves and uses pockets! Although once in a while finding something can be a pain!!!! I do a lot of photography and having pockets like those in the hoodie and the original fleece jacket greatly help out in the field. I do not travel without one or the other.

My first ScotteVest has outlasted the second vest I bought. Yet I have worn them equally. The cuffs totally blew out on the newer one. Given the cost of these that should not have happened. I am giving you another chance as I do love your products. I have the orignal Hoodie - still going fairly strong, the replacment Hoodie with blown out cuffs, the SEV or what I think is now the Revolution Plus 2.0 Jacket (mine must be the Revolution .0!), and a pair of shorts.

The quality (at least of the original products - waiting on this new one for longevity), the pockets - glad you got rid of the Do Not Disturb flap - cute, but pointless and bulky and got in the way more times than it was "useful."

Already knew before buying that I’d love the pockets. Didn’t know how comfortable it would be and how useful everything for hiking with my dog! Really great! I shucked my jackets and wear this daily. For rain I carry a mini umbrella , for real cold I wear a base layer. Now I want another.

Pockets aside, this is an extremely well made hoodie. A tad expensive at $154 but well worth the price when I purchased it at 20% off.

I own many SCOTTeVEST men's products. To date I have (and use) 4x Tech Jackets with RFID & removable sleeves (red, beige, fog, black), 2x RFID vests (olive, tan), 1x Sportsman vest (olive), and now 2x Cotton hoodies (ash, navy). I have always given them 5☆ reviews. But I can not give these latest cotton hoodies a perfect score for 2 reasons. 1st - there are plenty of loose & uncut threads hanging around to trim so one does not accidentally unravel the stitching. I even had to dab some with glue that clearly are part of major seam stitching (on the blue hoodie). 2nd - there is a velcro'ed flap on the neck area that is really irrirating on the back side of my neck, specially when I am putting on the garment. I think it is part of what they call the "collar loop" & "locker loop". It does not matter how well I close & match up the 2 sides of the velcro (hook & loop side). While it is not a deal breaker as I can wear a shirt with a collar to shield my neck -BUT- I should not have to give up wearing my regular t-shirts just to avoid this irritating velcro rubbing.

We bought a scottevest hoodie 3 years ago for my then 13 year old grandson. He loved it so much,,he wore it every day ,,,always carrying all the “necessities that a techie needs “. The sleeve cuffs eventually wore out and they were mended . The only way to get this old hoodie off him ,,was to buy him a new hoodie. He promptly took off the old one,,,unloaded all the pockets and reloaded into his new one. We expect hes good to go now till college! Thanks for your unique product . Don and Becky Hanna

It is not just a cotton hoodie with a few more pockets. It has 21 pockets and no matter what I stuff in them, the jacket never looks bulky! This is going to be my favourite hoodie this winter.

Although a bit pricey, purchased Scottevest sweatshirt as a gift for my husband. Loved that it’s a USA company & made here & with all the pockets & it’s quality, it’s well worth it. My husband loved it & was AMAZED at all the useful pockets hidden in sweatshirt. He now doesn’t have to put his heavy keys, wallet & cell phone in his pants pockets & having to keep pulling his pants up from falling down. Great buy/gift!
