I have two: the black, and the cadet blue. Love, love, love them. Great for travel, as everyone has said. Perfect for exer-walking, because a water bottle will fit in one of the pockets but also your keys, sunglasses, and phone. It's also great on days that start out cool but end up warm: very easy to roll up and put in your purse or pocket. Last, I sometimes wear mine over a sheer top if it's a day when I don't want to wear a bra yet don't want to be obvious about it. Only issues: 1. have more colors! 2. The black one has faded on the shoulders to a dark brown. Not good considering the price. 3. Sizes: I wear an XL and I'm not that overweight so an XXL is really too small to be your largest size. Make 'em bigger for the bigger girls!

I have been looking for a lightweight versatile vest with inside pockets and found ScotteVest! I'm 5'9,"153lbs and the XL is perfect. I decided to go with the cadet blue which is sort of a muted blue/grey and works with my colours! Material is soft, comfortable and short enough to wear under a jacket. Perfect for daily wear but I did order it for an upcoming European trip. Definately worth the $!

Had my vacation in Europe last October. I brought my vest with me. I found it useful to carry important valuables without a backpack. I noticed an extreme sweating while I wore it during a long walk from the foot of Acropolis to the top, felt too hot during a walk in Tuscany to the point that I had to take it off.

I would love this vest, except it needs to be at least two inches longer. It barely reaches my hips. Otherwise, it's perfect. How about making a tall size?

I love my featherlight vest - it is one of many SCOTTeVEST products in my closet and it gets used regularly (so much so I came back today to purchase a second one in another color). It is my replacement "handbag" for so many things - particularly "clear bag" venue events! I can fit everything I need for a few hours into this handy vest and keep it close and secure. The only problem I ever encounter is that sometimes I can't remember where I put something and it takes checking a few different pockets to find it. I've also had a few things run away into the lining (but always have been able to retrieve them) when I forget to fully empty pockets before storing or packing the vest. I absolutely love all of my vests and cardigans, and recommend them regularly!

I love the color (blue), the quality of materials is outstanding, feel of the cloth, zippers, all the pockets, and yes, featherweight is the right description. Finally, someone has thought of *everything* I need in a vest for hiking with my dog. I will be ordering more of their products - this was a test order and they not only met but greatly exceeded all my expectations. Customer service is also outstanding - they proactively track to make sure you get your package, everything is easy and thoughtful in dealing with their orders. I haven't been able to take off the vest since I opened the package, just stuffing things in pockets and enjoying the luxury feel of this amazingly well-designed product. Handy little map/diagram included to let you take full advantage of all the well-designed features, too. They had me at "not rocket science, it's pocket science" - ha. Apparently it IS almost rocket science to design a vest to meet all my qualifications because I've been looking for years until I found this one. It really is perfect.

I've been eyeing SCOTTeVEST products for a long time, particularly for travelling. I recently went to a museum (haven't been out of the house for a while!), and I was not allowed to wear my small backpack-style purse on my back, nor on my front. I really don't like carrying things around! So, I finally bought the vest. I've worn it only once so far, but it's great. I really like being hands free. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't difficult to find the items I wanted to get out of the pockets. I was rather disappointed with the color (cadet blue). It looked a lot bluer on my computer screen. It seems more army green than the blue I expected. Yet I'm very happy with the purchase.

This is a great vest. It is lightweight, but it is structured and well made. I selected the size based on the measurements in the chart and it is a perfect fit.

This will not look svelt on you as everything you put in a pocket will buldge out. The passport RFId pocket should be zippered as the velcro is a pain to get into. I wish they made a nice looking travel blazer with interior pockets. I'll use this on my upcoming trip and I'm sure it will be useful. It is a nice color (blue) but otherwise utilitarian rather than beautiful.

This is my second Featherweight Vest. It is perfect substitute for a purse. And is trim enough to fit under my jackets. It is cool enough to wear in summer. Got the off-white one this time after having the blue one.

My husband bought me this vest with spring and summer around the corner. It’s true to size. It’s super comfortable . It allows me to be hands free which is the absolute best for my busy life style. Love love this product.
