About this CompanyOur story begins back in 2000, when Laura and Scott Jordan - our future Pocket entrepreneurs - realized the world of fashion was light years behind the ever-changing world of technology. Laura was tired of carrying all of Scott’s gadgets in her bags and Scott’s traditional pockets couldn’t carry everything he needed...and a man purse was out of the question. Scott had a brilliant idea: he would create a modified fisherman’s vest but with extra pockets, enough to hold all of his essentials but still stylish enough to wear out around town.
Those were the humble beginnings of SCOTTeVEST. The company has now evolved into an international business, with a full line of men’s and women’s vests, jackets, pullovers, hoodies, shirts, dresses, underwear, pajamas and pants; all designed to strategically hold and organize your personal belongings so whatever you need is always on hand.

My favorite traveling pants and everyday around town. This pants has traveled the world. I had to buy two more for my next adventure. I have hiked mountain's and trails, sat in planes for long period of time, tons of stairs and trains in Japan, and extremely comfy and easy to wash and dry.

Fabric was nice weight but pilled on first wearing. Will see how it wears. Pockets are well placed except for the phone pocket (see below). The key chain was a nice surprise. It's long enough to open doors, etc. while staying connected to the vest. Took a while to figure out the coin pocket but nice once it was done.

create products designed with a women's curves in mind. Not all "athletic" women are flat chested.
I put a running stitch about 1 inch above the bottom of the phone pocket, so that when phone stored, it rested higher towards the shoulder. That created an issue with the zipper but I made it work.

This is our third scottie vest. They are amazing to hold literally all your goodies. Light weight and breathable material but very strong. Washes like a dream! Highly recommend.

zipper is weaker than expected - lower quality than past products (I still have original jackets and hoodies) I'll keep it but it's not as robust as I expected for the price.

I was so in love with this hoodie when I saw it online in Nov 2022. I ordered the largest size possible XL) to give myself room. I am typically a Large (36DD) I ordered the extra large. Sadly it fits like a glove. I got notice of the anniversary sale (this is not on it) and while searching I am pleased to see LARGER options. Thank goodness!! I only wish you had made that option available previously before I invested in my tight but still loved beautiful red hoodie.

I have 2 of these dresses. I travel for work and these dresses always are comfortable and they travel well. Would love to see you make a flare dress because the zip pockets would sit better on the seams.

This is my second EDC Jacket. I needed a smaller size as I lost a significant amount of weight and went from a 3X to large. I loved my first one and decided it was time to get a new one. My first jacket was fantastic, especially when I went on a three week trip to Israel. You can carry so much stuff comfortably. I carried an iPad, camera, notebook, snacks, etc. It was a lifesaver. I converted a number of travelers to become SCOTTeVESTer’s!
