Springfree customer service was fabulous - they gave me all of the information I needed to make the choice about which trampoline to buy. Delivery and installation was done within two days of purchase and my son was able to enjoy his gift over the Christmas holidays.

Excellent product. Only one let down. The clips that hold the mat rods are not designed well. There is potential for the rod to slip thru the holder and up into the mat. The clip is not fully enclosed and has far too much free play in the hole making it very tedious for.rod installation .

Such an easy process from start to finish. User friendly website followed by professional and friendly service. Only a matter of days between ordering and installation with ongoing communication that was much appreciated, especially at such a busy time of year. An absolutely quality product and service that is truly worth every dollar. The look on my grandsons face when he saw the trampoline was priceless and I know he will have many happy days bouncing....also sleeping better at night from all that spent energy

I cannot compliment Springfree Trampolines enough. From a last minute decision to buy a trampoline for our grandsons for Christmas it was all so, so easy. From choosing the trampoline to the first bounce it was all seemless and I truly felt that the staff wanted to deliver this present as much as we did and make everyone happy. This is our second jumbo round springfree trampoline. This first (green frame) trampoline lasted 10years before the round structural base gave way due to rust. As we have four kids who used it regularly, we were happy with a ten year life for it. We have recently purchased a new jumbo round (black frame) trampoline and have noticed that the round structural base and vertical frames that rest on the ground are a significantly lesser size and therefore lesser quality than our first one. With the first tramp, one person could lift it and drag it from one position to the next (to keep the lawn alive), however with the new one you need four people to lift it as it feels like it will snap. Not sure how long this one will last but it’s certainly lesser quality than the first one.

With the first tramp one person could drag it from one position to the next to keep the lawn alive. The second tramp requires at least three people to move it otherwise it feels as though the legs will break off of it. I’m not happy with the structural base of the new model and don’t think our four kids will see a similar ten year life with it.

After researching Choice I bought their number 1 recommendation- a medium round springfree trampoline based on the safety features. It was a joint Christmas present for my grandchildren. They love it & it is great to see them exercising in the fresh air instead of on iPads. It has been well worth the expense. The service & follow up since placing the order has been 5 star. Thank you. Deciding to buy a Springfree over a regular trampoline was a big call, due to the additional costs of the Springfree. But having seen the quality of this trampoline and the built in safety features, no hard edges etc...this will be a Christmas present that will provide many years of "outdoor" fun for our kids. Its a bug investment, but one that will keep giving year after year.
