Instructions a little hard to follow, but got there in the end. Having videos that work on a mobile device would be good. You site doesn't work great on a phone, and I don't tend to have a computer in my yard. :D

This is a super strong and well design piece of equipment. Each of the elements has been carefully thought out and designed. Would highly recommend the sunshade to go with it. We have seen the effectiveness of the safety fence with kids. The only word of caution is it takes two strong people to put together. Read the instructions first and watch the videos. all in all an outstanding buy

Fabulous trampoline!!! Clearly the best on the market. Great quality. They are tricky to put up (2 adults 3.5 hrs, read instructions and watched videos) so take your time... but once up.... sensational!

Purchased this in 2015 and the safety net had ripped away from the zipper. Rang up customer care and I was expecting to get a replacement under warranty but I was made aware that my net only had 2 years warranty compared to the other components of my trampoline. Disappointed at the after care service of this product, customer care personel (Grant) told me that I was lucky because other trampolines only get 1 year warranty. My reply was that the other trampolines cost $200 not thousands. We paid a lot of money and expect this to last for at least 5 years. Not happy at all.

We spent quite some time comparing and reviewing a range of trampolines. We are confident we have purchased the best on the market. Our son is so happy with it, and wants to play on it all the time. His strength and coordination has seen rapid improvement too. The service from Springfree through the whole process as been amazing. Very friendly and professional. This trampoline has been well worth it.

Our 3 kids love this trampoline & it’s still in excellent condition. Yes we’ve had to replace 1 mat from excessive use & 1 rod as it didn’t tip in high winds but slid across our back yard getting wedges & damaged the pole & we have it anchored with a large metal sleeper, but it is so worth it!!
