Very happy with our large oval tramp with hoop, ball and step. My 3 kids under 10 and I make up games to play on it everyday. Perfect solution to isolation life. Took 18 hours to arrive in a rural area here! And about 5 hours to put together. Putting the springs in required the strongest person on the inside and some time to figure out 'the knack' which could have been explained a little better.

All good, would be great to be able to call after hours With the installation guide, could use a close up view of how springs slot in underneath, the video also doesn't explain the need to alternate sides when installing springs.

Fabulous trampoline!!! Clearly the best on the market. Great quality. They are tricky to put up (2 adults 3.5 hrs, read instructions and watched videos) so take your time... but once up.... sensational!

There are cheaper ones on the market but these are the best. Best bounce, best safety and best warranty. Delivery process was very simple and streamlined. The kids are jumping whenever they can. Better than a pool that you can only use randomly. The trampoline feels strong and well made, from the frame right down to the zippers. I would recommend the basketball hoop as a good extra. Also save yourself the headache and pay someone to install! Thanks Springfree trampolines!

We have been very happy with the quality of the trampoline and after three weeks we are enjoying it a great deal. However we were let down by sales advice that self-construction of the trampoline was easy and manageable by two people (installation was not available at the time of purchase). We followed the instructions carefully (and watched all of the prescribed videos on YouTube) but after hours of effort and stress we found the job impossible. We sought assistance from SpringFree which was met with a polite but unhelpful offer of phone support. We ultimately put the trampoline together with the help of two friends (four adults in total). Had we purchased the trampoline two weeks later, a gathering of that number in our back yard would have been in breach of Coronavirus restrictions and we would have been left with a unusable, partially constructed product.

Excellent trampoline but sales staff should not represent to customers that installation is easy particularly at a time when the company is not offering on-site installation for a fee.

We purchased this trampoline because from an environmental perspective we did not want a throwaway product. However after 3.5 years it had holes in the net and mat damage. We contacted Springfree and were told we were not covered for warranty as the kids had walked around the edge of the trampoline and may have caused the problem. We were sceptical but said ok and bought another net and mat at our own expensive. Three years later (and zero walking around the edge) we have the same problems - big holes in net again and mat problems, rods sticking out. The trampoline has only ever been used by one child at a time, no flips or tricks, just standard up down bouncing. It does get used nearly every day for about 30 mins, but I thought that would be reasonable use. The base is also showing signs of rust. On the positive side we do like the safety features, however these are clearly negated when it is damaged with holes in net and mat. In our opinion it has repeatedly not been as durable as advertised.

This is a great trampoline. We bought it to replace the same model bought 8 years ago when my daughter turned 5. She is about to turn 13 and loves it more than ever. She goes out to bounce at least 5-6 times a day.Great to have it in these crazy times when me way be locked down for some time.

We live on a small block a new suburb and really agonised about the decision to buy a Springfree, but after 5 years and thousands of bounces we couldn't be more happy. It has stayed in perfect condition and is the hub of entertainment for the kids on our street. We have three kids 8,6 and 1 and this really is the greatest thing we could have ever invested in for them and their friends. I purchased the Compact Oval and I was very fussy in my choice of who to buy from. I did heaps of research, had high expectations and I am very pleased with my decision of Springfree. The trampolines are more expensive than other companies but with a 10 year warranty on all parts & components, I couldn't argue with that. The guy who installed it was fantastic. So friendly, genuine & knowledgeable considering he installed in the rain. My daughter is over the moon with her present & would rather jump in the rain than be on her ipad or infront of the TV. I also rest easy knowing it can withstand the weather elements.

This is a great trampoline. We purchased for our son’s birthday and it’s perfect for him and the size of our yard. We love how sturdy the trampoline is and it’s safety. We had a lovely man from Springfree install it - it was so quick and easy. Great service.

The Trampoline may be 'the best' but my recent experience buying a trampoline for my family has been very disappointing. The sales assistant (at Chatswood Chase) before Xmas did NOT explain that installation was not included in the purchase. The installer has turned up with my Xmas present to inform my family that they need to pay an additional cost for installation. I would not recommend this company to friends or family considering a trampoline purchase. I am extremely upset over this purchase.
