We brought this for the children but I don't know who enjoys it more the kids or the parents. We got it professionally installed the gentleman who installed it was very lovely. It's great fun and great exercise too.

We have been very happy with the quality of the trampoline and after three weeks we are enjoying it a great deal. However we were let down by sales advice that self-construction of the trampoline was easy and manageable by two people (installation was not available at the time of purchase). We followed the instructions carefully (and watched all of the prescribed videos on YouTube) but after hours of effort and stress we found the job impossible. We sought assistance from SpringFree which was met with a polite but unhelpful offer of phone support. We ultimately put the trampoline together with the help of two friends (four adults in total). Had we purchased the trampoline two weeks later, a gathering of that number in our back yard would have been in breach of Coronavirus restrictions and we would have been left with a unusable, partially constructed product.

Excellent trampoline but sales staff should not represent to customers that installation is easy particularly at a time when the company is not offering on-site installation for a fee.

Excellent product. Although the accessories are a bit expensive, for example $120 for a small ladder so kids can climb on.

This is a great trampoline. We bought it to replace the same model bought 8 years ago when my daughter turned 5. She is about to turn 13 and loves it more than ever. She goes out to bounce at least 5-6 times a day.Great to have it in these crazy times when me way be locked down for some time.

The Trampoline may be 'the best' but my recent experience buying a trampoline for my family has been very disappointing. The sales assistant (at Chatswood Chase) before Xmas did NOT explain that installation was not included in the purchase. The installer has turned up with my Xmas present to inform my family that they need to pay an additional cost for installation. I would not recommend this company to friends or family considering a trampoline purchase. I am extremely upset over this purchase.

We purchased our Springfree trampoline on the 20th December, leaving us only days to have it delivered and installed. We were advised up front that delivery of the trampoline would happen before Christmas Day but installation might have to be after. I was keeping my fingers crossed for a Christmas miracle. Well my family was overjoyed when the trampoline not only delivered and installed within days of purchase but also received a message from Santa (via YouTube) explaining why he had to deliver the trampoline a few days earlier from Christmas Day! OUTSTANDING is alI I can say!!! Thank you Springfree!!!!

My son loves it and because it takes extra weight, I've been getting on there with him, so much fun. The only issue is that after we'd purchased it, we're still getting spam emails every two days, so it would be good to automatically remove us from the distribution list after purchase. Though emails every 2 days are excessive anyway, maybe once a month would keep them fresh and exciting.

We have a Springfree trampoline at White Ridge Farm and it has proved so popular with the kids. We have the trampoline with the ball and hoop and the kids line up to have a go. It is sturdy and safe for the kids which is super important and it looks great! We look forward to many years of bouncing good fun at the farm. Great job Springfree!
