The instructions are a joke. The trampoline could be assembled in 20 minutes but because of poorly described steps took 2 painful hours, particially step 5. Also the round frame didnt fit together well in the joints. Even when assembled and tensioned the joins didnt line up and bed down fully.

I initially was doubtful of the bounce quality of the spring free trampolines but bought it for the safety aspects. Our daughters do gymnastics and train on high quality spring units. After their first bounce on the spring free they believe it bounces better than the ones they use at gym and rate it 5 out of 5.We purchased the large oval and decided to install it ourselves. The instructions supplied in the box were incorrect and confusing. I would recommend you watch the installation video and download the updated installation instructions from the website before you start. Once it was all assembled, brilliant. The kids are on there for hours and there's plenty of room for two of them at once.

Our children cannot recommend Springfree Trampolines enough. As parents we are also very pleased with the safety aspects of the design and the hours of fun the trampoline provides our children and their friends.I also want to thank Barry who assembled the trampoline. Springfree Trampolines have the right person working for them in the ACT. Barry was on time as promised, friendly and had the trampoline ready for use faster than I could have done the job.

I got this awesome trampoline for Christmas and I couldn't ask for any better gift! This trampoline lets me feel like I'm flying! It's great in Winter and in Summer! If you want a trampoline I say this is the only one to buy!!!!

The springfree trampolines are no doubt the safest unit on the market. I only have one gripe and that is the setup instructions that came with the trampoline................useless, completely useless. I can prove this in two key areas of the setup process. Step 3 on the printed brochure has the user instructed to assemble the frame in the upright position using two people. The web version PDF instructs to assemble upside down and two frame sections at a time. The inverted method is much easier and allows a better alignment of the two hemispheres when finally joined.Step 5 on the printed brochuer and the setup video is poorly explained. BUT when you refer to the older PDF the illustrations clearly show the process with the simple drawings. Comments on the video, "throw the other end of the net into the middle" only confuse. You have a great product and you have gone to considerable effort with the video support and brochures, but it still doesn't quite work. Perhaps to much emphasis on gloss and not the content.

I bought this trampoline for my children and for a bit of fun myself. I am over 100kg and relatively athletic so the jumbo square is definitely the trampoline of choice for true safety. (note that the large square is only suitable for under 100kgs as we had to trade up a size). The quality of workmanship is exceptionally good and it's very rare to see a worn out Springfree trampoline in the neighbourhood. The kids have had a great time on it and look forward to their afternoon exercise sessions. 2 hours on the Springfree gives them 30 mins on the DS!! No other trampolines are even in its league!!

I'm usually not one for following the rules, so my theory was this...... under 6's can have fun on a trampoline too, three at a time is more fun that just one -especially when it's raining! And regardless of age, the bigger the trampoline....... the better. So this led to my recent purchase of a large square Springfree trampoline. I have 3 small children ages 4, 3 and 2 and am always looking for new ways to amuse them. Our old trampoline was a small rectangular one with pads but no net. My heart was pounding every time I let them on it, and I was constantly running around the edge trying to predict which angle and with what speed the smallest one would fly off. My 4 year old daughter perfectly summed up our new purchase: "We're inside an enormous toy". Infact, this trampoline is so much fun and has a HUGE bounce, that I have already considered it to be my ongoing fitness and weight loss solution. I am also considering re-learning how to somersault on the trampoline just like I used to 30 years ago! The trampoline was delivered very quickly. The overall quality is excellent. Although some of the rods were REALLY difficult to put in place, the sense of achievement at the end was great. My husband, who was initially not keen on the purchase due to cost has been completely transformed and is now really excited about it. The overall safety is outstanding -just zip the kid(s) in and let them go... I am confident that there will be no significant injuries to my children as long as I am there to supervise, particularly when the kids dismount from the high ladder. Maintenance is so easy -leaves can be swept away from the mat with little effort. And if your back yard isn't perfectly level like ours- the trampoline seems to adjust beautifully.

I am a teenager and my parents brought us a springfree trampoline about 18 months ago. We used to have a regular trampoline with springs and the springfree trampoline is so much more fun, more bounce and everything. I feel safe to start learning new tricks on it. It is appropriate for all ages as my 18 year old brother still uses it!!!

we purchased a springfree trampoline two years ago, the three children that constantly use it absolutely love it. We have had no accidents no mean feat with three under six years of age. We are upgrading to an oval just for the additional space it will provide us our older trampoline still in fantastic condition already survived a big move, and much easier to put up yourself the second time around, pat on the back for mum. Despite the price difference when compared with other trampolines i think you cannot go past a springfree for safety, fun, service after sale and good resale value. The dyson of the trampoline world.

I would highly reccomend the Springfree Trampoline . It is well worth the extra money for the safety aspect alone. We have had ours now for around 4 yrs & it is still in near perfect condition. Our kids & thier freinds have hours of fun on it & I don"t have to worry about them injuring themselves. A GREAT iNVESTMENT.

We purchased the Jumbo Square at the last minute a few days before our son's 5th birthday. It was dispatched immediatly and we took delivery within 2 working days. Unfortunately we couldn't organize the installation with such short notice so after 3 hours managed to assemble it ourselves. What a great unit - well worth the money. We have previously purchased a large commercial springed trampoline with my import business from China and the quality of the Springfree is far superior. My initial concerns after reading some reviews about the Springfree not having as much bounce as traditional trampolines were immediately dispelled. Our kids range from 5 to 17 and there is just as much, if not more bounce for all of them on this unit.After sales service was spot on and very friendly - especially Trudy and Paul - Thanks guys!!In summary, you can't go wrong with the Springfree - best trampoline on the market and very professional organisation.

We have had our trampoline for a month now, very happy with it, big bounce, we bought ladder so kids can get in and out easily, we bought wheels so we can move it easily. Great purchase and definitely getting lots of use, especially when friends over, lots less mess in house.
