We have had our Springfree trampoline for the last 8 years and it is still going strong. The customer service from Springfree is impeccable. I would recommend Springfree to anyone who is after a high quality trampoline that lasts and lasts and keeps the kids occupied for hours and years!

Perfect size for a smaller space and young children. Wonderful investment as have been using it daily not just as a trampoline but as a place for picnics, games and all sorts of fun. Great company to deal with. Very easy to place order and was available for pick up within a couple of hours.

We purchased this trampoline because from an environmental perspective we did not want a throwaway product. However after 3.5 years it had holes in the net and mat damage. We contacted Springfree and were told we were not covered for warranty as the kids had walked around the edge of the trampoline and may have caused the problem. We were sceptical but said ok and bought another net and mat at our own expensive. Three years later (and zero walking around the edge) we have the same problems - big holes in net again and mat problems, rods sticking out. The trampoline has only ever been used by one child at a time, no flips or tricks, just standard up down bouncing. It does get used nearly every day for about 30 mins, but I thought that would be reasonable use. The base is also showing signs of rust. On the positive side we do like the safety features, however these are clearly negated when it is damaged with holes in net and mat. In our opinion it has repeatedly not been as durable as advertised.

It has stayed in perfect condition and is the hub of entertainment for the kids on our street. We have three kids 8,6 and 1 and this really is the greatest thing we could have ever invested in for them and their friends. This is a great trampoline. We purchased for our son’s birthday and it’s perfect for him and the size of our yard. We love how sturdy the trampoline is and it’s safety. We had a lovely man from Springfree install it - it was so quick and easy. Great service.

Couldn't fault their service or product. We ordered it to be delivered and installed just before Xmas. Was worried at first coz of this time of year but all was perfect, installer was very friendly and my daughter went nuts over her Xmas present. Trampoline is of very high quality, very impressed!

Springfree customer service was fabulous - they gave me all of the information I needed to make the choice about which trampoline to buy. Delivery and installation was done within two days of purchase and my son was able to enjoy his gift over the Christmas holidays.

We just purchased our second springfree trampoline. The first one I brought when my son was 1 years old and now we are needing only to replace it when he is 13 years old. Yes it's a little more expensive but it's lasted many many years longer than the cheaper ones my friends purchased and it's much more safe than the others. We initially found it hard to assemble, so this time we paid extra for installation. Came home from work/school and they put it together while we wernt home and it was up ready to go!!

Safety is paramount and frankly, if providing a safe environment for children is your priority then save your pennies until you can invest in a Springfree trampoline. Too many children end up in hospital because of trampoline accidents. That's why we waited until we could afford to buy a product that research shows is the leader in this field.

Having made the decision to buy, we really appreciated the way the consultant/installer was able to talk through issues that were relevant to us so that we could make an informed choice. We knew that Springfree was the right brand, but we chose the best trampoline for our circumstances as a result of that conversation.

Excellent tramp with top safety and security. Only difficulty was fitting the last couple of spring rods, a devised simple technique eventually slotted then in.

Quality seems pretty good. I do feel the powder coat on the frame is somewhat flimsy though as it did come with chips out of it and it did scratch off quite easily during construction. I also feel the instructions on spring placement into the mat weird. I fought for ages trying to fit the springs clock wise as stated in instructions and found it almost impossible. Decided to go against their instructions & do it anti-clockwise and it was incredibly easy.
