Had to call due to no info on my shipment. Had infor that it said shipped in two different places and had 2 different shipping companies that where going to deliver it. Called and found that it was a 3rd company altogether that was going to ship it. Shipping time too a bit love but not tee bad. Just got last with all the wrong info that I got.

Great for installing do wish it came with a wood screw set as well. Had to use washers due to the holes being too large and screws went right through.

Great product and easy install, should have gotten the bigger 12000 btu unit for my small garage. but all in all I'm still satisfied.

The product was great and came with quality hardware, but you'll need longer hardware to mount to anything other than a solid concrete foundation.

The module functions fine, however the installation process is terrible. Instead of some models where you remove an access panel and locate where to plug it in, you have to remove the entire shell cover. It has several clips that latch differently with no instructions. The video wasn't created by the mfg rather an installer. And he mentioned how difficult the clips were but no shots of the clips or where they lock were ever shown. I wasn't going to risk breaking the cover so I took the screws out and propped it open and reached under the cover and was able to get the module plugged in. Perhaps a better design or just use all screws and not clips that can break would be a better design.

My unit arrived exactly as promised. The delivery was flawless and the driver was prompt and extremely courteous. The wireless dongle is available from other vendors but Pioneer has it at the best price. It only makes sense to purchase it directly from them. I haven't installed my unit yet, I'll wait till it warms up outside, but upon inspection, everything was packaged securely and there was no visible damage to any of my parts.

I'm extremely pleased with every aspect of my purchase. I spoke with the support staff while researching their mini split units and they were available and full of knowledge. They answered all of my questions. I'll be installing my unit once the weather breaks and I'm confident that if I have any concerns Pioneer will be able to resolve them.
