i purchased a Pioneer mini split from Home Depot. After having it installed by a professional, the unit turned a P4 error. I contacted Pioneer customer service with no results. I contacted Home Depot and they recommended that i purchase another unit, replace the outside unit and return the damaged unit. a lot of work, money and time invested in this unit. it is working now. i hope i don't have to contact Pioneer customer service again,

I had purchased and installed several of these and they all work flawlessly. Each year there is a slight improvement in quality also.

Easy installation, works good. Arrived in good condition and was packaged securely. Having the refrigerant contained is the condenser unit allows for easy modification of the line set. I used this to provide cooling and heating for my school bus camper conversion. Was easily installed in about 4-5 hrs. Only special tools needed were a vacuum pump, refrigerant gauge set and the 1/4” adapter for the service valve.

The unit came damage from shipping had a pretty good dent in it the coil itself I reached out to the company I bought it from and it had no response other than that it works great

unit is as advertised and customer service was great even with the first unit damaged in shipment. I neve hold this against the shipper. One critique is, with most foreign produced products instructions are not accurate and some times no information would be better than bad information. probably not an issue with professional installation.

I installed it and then I had my HVAC guy terminate the freon lines to the outside unit and pressure check the system. It’s working great and heats my garage in just a few minutes when I turn it on in morning. It would not run on the ground fault protected circuit I originally wired it to. I suspect the inverter upset the electronics in my inexpensive ground fault detector.

High quality product at a very reasonable price. It was very helpful to watch the install videos prior to the project. I did not find the phone support as helpful as suggested in the video.
