Hope the unit ships as fast as my money went away. The unit leaked but that could have been an installation issue. Overall we're happy with the product.

The unit seems to work well, but I have only had it connected for a couple of days. When I ran the heater test, the heated air was very humid. I'm not sure I will like this part, but the ac works very well.

I purchased these brackets, along with an 18K BTU mini split system. The only drawback is that the brackets stick out from the unit, creating a potential bumping hazard. Perhaps I should have selected the smaller size bracket kit.

Easy online order process. The delivery co.though delivered a 2nd bx w/ the hoses & sml parts for the unit & the bx was sitting on my porch open on both ends. All pieces were there though.

Overall was fine, however the shipping is yet to be desired. The company never calls to confirm prior to drop off, in fact last time they called as they were pulling up and wouldn't wait 20 minutes!!!! I had to call pioneer direct to make trucking company come back same day......

My line set insulation was a little crushed out of the box so I sent some pictures in. I wasn't sure how bad it was. The agent sent out a new set immediately. I love the product and will be installing another shortly. Very good service. I have some construction knowledge so the do it your self wasn't too bad.
