Had to call due to no info on my shipment. Had infor that it said shipped in two different places and had 2 different shipping companies that where going to deliver it. Called and found that it was a 3rd company altogether that was going to ship it. Shipping time too a bit love but not tee bad. Just got last with all the wrong info that I got.

Does exactly what I bought it for. Only thing is, I wished the fan would cycle on and off like a central heat and air unit does. Love it so far.

So far only used for heat and have not received electric bill bill. It does heat the garage so I’m hopeful the the electric cost is not outrageous and the the ac will be as good as heat

Wonderful unit at an extraordinary price as usual. Pioneer is amazing! I flip houses and have used these products on 3 houses now. I made about $25,000 dollars more in profit because you provide super low cost high efficiency stuff that I can install without the need to higher out the job. I recommend you guys to everyone!

You're company walks on water in my mind. Wonderful equipment, amazing prices, great service. If I had one complaint and it is small, send more and better line set wrap with the units, it is never enough. The only issue I had with this product and its delivery, is that the pipe sealant was inserted on the outside of the box in the Mailing envelope. Not in the box with the rest of the parts. After repeatedly going through all boxes and bags of parts searching, I finally had to drive into town (1 1/2 round trip) to find sealant. It wasn't until I was breaking boxes up for recycle that I noticed the small tube of sealant in the shipping envelope on the out side of the box. I guess this was an oversight on my part, just didn't make sense that it wouldn't be included with the rest of the parts inside the box. Thanks, Dan H.
