Products look great, nothing but the inside bracket installed as of this writing, too cold in Wisconsin to do anything outside (2-2022). As to Customer Service, they get one star and lucky at that. After receiving shipping info I saw that there might be a problem with delivery, I contacted CS with my concern immediately by email, never heard a word back from them, inexcusable whether my concern was valid or not.
