My second Pioneer Mini-Split. They cool/heat so well, so quietly and my power bill has never been this low. Even the outside unit is whisper quiet! Easy to install and very clear instructions and illustrations in the users manual written in untranslated american english!

My second Pioneer unit, the first one works incredibly well and saves me so much electricity. Highly recommend Pioneer Mini-Split units!

A little premature here, since I have not yet installed my system (pouring pad for outdoor unit today), but I have examined it thoroughly and am very impressed with the quality of construction, well thought out installation instructions, DIY capable, packaging and shipping, and availability of accessories and support. I am sure I will have no trouble at installing the units.

I did lots of research and Pioneer always came recommended as the best of the best. My ceiling fan put out more noise than this unit! LOVE IT

I have converted a 12x16 shed into a home office space. I had a window unit that sounded like a jet airplane. Purchased this unit and my ceiling fan makes more noise than this unit. I'm shocked at how quiet it is! And the amazing way it cools. High recommend.
