Great product and easy install, should have gotten the bigger 12000 btu unit for my small garage. but all in all I'm still satisfied.

The customer service is intelligent and helpful, they understood the questions i was asking and had regular person solutions to them. Shipping was fast, came by Truck w/ liftgate.

There are quality control issues with the wire harness. The terminals were crimped over the insulation resulting in no contact between the units. After hours of frustration, calling the support line and repairing the harness, the unit performs well.

This thing is a beast, 46 deg cold air out on a 10 foot lineset, 100 dog heat pump.

Have been very impressed with unit so far. Love the extreme cold weather option. You all provide, its needed in my area. Others do not offer that . “Thanks” Hermit Ridge Solar

Installed one of yr units in a rental. Love it. So doesn't renter. I'm going to install these two in an off grid solar home. Experimenting with them I'm sure I can make them work thanks. Mike

I didn't realize or was told by technician that the unit would need a dedicated source of electricity and this was very expensive and problematic. Also needed a platform to place the outside unit that had to be installed. The unit itself operates wonderfully. I am pleased with the investment at this time.

Also it was necessary to purchase a pump for $129. to start operating the unit and this was an ad-on expense.

ok I have 3 of these units in my home......I had no attic space so I couldn't use traditional ac unit.....was currently on ptac units that I replaced with these......so far great, see how they are for long term but now are perfect. I researched lots of units before landing on these, just compared to the cost of others these have more features, and better seer ratings and price than the rest, all are very comparable I must say , but value for dollars is right on with the pioneer systems...don't pay extra for a name. these units have more features for less money......all my units are wifi connected as well ......they look great.......these are your best value.
