Got this with the black friday sale so was a few hundred $$ off. Really impressed with quality and kids love the bounce factor. Did take me most of the day to set up with ladder and hoop ........ but i am a girl!!

The medium oval that Santa delivered is amazing! Perfect family size and love the safety features and step that came with the tramp. Sturdy construction and quality that you can almost see- woundnt look at any other brand!

Upon initial inquiries the team at Springfree were amazing, after all options were considered we settled on the medium oval which was perfect for our space. After 2 failed attempts to collect they delivered for me at no extra cost which was amazing! The team (and Santa) put the trampoline up on Xmas Eve and we have been bouncing ever since!! Best investment and screen time is not even mentioned now....everyone is very happy!

My little one LOVES jumping on his new trampoline, and with the safety net and sun cover I feel totally comfortable letting him go hard. He thinks he's pushing boundaries and I think he's playing safely, win win. Putting it up was easy and the quality is second to none. And delivery was faster than expected to boot! Great buy all round!

Great product, but horrible experience getting it delivered. Mainfreight didn’t deliver the complete trampoline, never acted on numerous promises of “tomorrow mate” for the missing box Springfree then dispatched a new box, but never told me they turned it off when Mainfreight found the one they lost. Only got it after again ringing Mainfreight, finding out the evolving story for myself, and then having to play the militant customer in order to get my delivery at a time that didn’t mess with my holiday. I recommend Springfree improve their communication, and finds a better freight company.

Great trampoline once up, just didn’t understand the video when it came to putting mat on, didn’t think it was clear on attaching all blue tags first at each end and sides.

Great product, instructions on how to install springs should be spelt out in a step by step process rather than just a how explanation and a simple diagram. Took a couple of tries and reading it 5-7 times before we understood what to do (order to install)

There are no offers for the compact round model. It's a fixed price whereby you discount on the larger ones. Warehouse in Auckland doesn't have a reception, is very ad hoc and I was told to come back after you said to collect ASAP. Email sent me to the wrong place for collection (chch instead of akl). This process needs to be improved

We have enjoyed Springfree trampolines for our children since they were 2 years old. They are so safe and the best entertainment! We have just purchased a larger size as the kids are 14 years old and still love it. I Couldn’t recommend Springfree highly enough. Value for money and safety.

I purchased this product after much thought. I was trying to estimate size to fit with a yard under construction. It was straight forward to assemble, perfect size and shape for the intended space and I feel I can trust my younger children on it without needing to be standing right there. The kids are loving it. Very happy family. Customer service was amazing.

We bought ours 6 years ago, with a hoop, and it’s still is brilliant. We have 4 kids, and it’s the most and best money we have spent on them. It effectively gives us another room (outdoors!). They draw with chalk on the mat, put the sprinkler under on a hot day, fill it with balloons/balls, soap it up, have picnics on it... so many ways to have fun. Little kids through to the teens love it!

The insutuctions weren't super clear. My husband, brother and dad all stuck to the instructions and ended up getting stuck towards the end of assembly. They then Googled for ideas from other people and that's what enabled them to finish the job. The trampolne is great and was very well received by our little boy, but at least 30 minutes could have been saved with clearer instructions!

It's a little tricky to shop the various model options. Particularly on mobile. I picked up the trampoline from the location in Auckland - that was really straightforward. Assembly was a challenge as the instructions don't accurately reflect how to build the tramp. But overall very happy and pleased we made the investment in a top quality product.

Everything about this purchase was easy but we thought the Delivery / Installer guy was Exceptional! The Company said that the Installer wouldn't be able to take the packaging / rubbish away and that was fine, so hubby shot home to collect it all so the space was clear for the "surprise" and found NO packaging?! He checked the recycle bin and the guy had broken it all down nicely and had stacked it in the recycle bin. How nice and thoughtful was that?!

I think the spring free tramp is so much better than other tramps on sale, however the assembly of it was really difficult. The instructions were clear however stickers were missing for the door positioning. It definitely takes two people to assemble yet I could put a traditional tramp up by myself. I love the tramp hated the assembly part! My advice would be to pay to get it assembled if you are a woman.
