Love our new tramp! Did take us about 6 days to set up... (in Covid quarantine...), and that was def a relationship challenge. BUT the finished product is GREAT. Nothing like an arm work out right.

It took us a couple of years to decide to purchase a spring free as it is a large expense, but I am so glad we went ahead finally. It's an incredible product. So much better than the others priced lower. Such a clever design, worth every penny. I was surprised at the swiftness of the order from the time I purchased it was all go. Decided to pick up the trampoline myself to save delivery charge, and although there was no note of my purchase, as it was the next day from purchasing, the staff got it sorted instantly and I was loaded up ready to go in minutes. The service has been excellent. Decided to have it assembled and the gentleman arrived the next day, no waiting. He was done in 40 minutes. The children were delighted, and now all there friends are delighted! I though it was a sacrifice of our small back yard but the children use the space so much better now. They are constantly outside.

The trampoline is a big hit with the kids and will be for years to come! The only downside is the wheels which dont work as I thought they would as they continually slip off.

Hands down the best trampoline on the market, easy to assemble although the rods to take a bit of work. Can’t speak more highly of the service we received and the trampoline was delivered early! Since I ordered after the cut off date for Xmas delivery, the video clip and letter from Santa supplied by Springfree was a fantastic touch and is an example of their fantastic customer service. My son is in love with his Springfree, even his grandparents had a go!

This small round trampoline is a huge hit with our mokopuna, who are only 2 and 4years old. It made an excellent Christmas gift. In our whanau there are three sets of grandparents, and we all chipped in to contribute towards the total cost. It meant each couple paid $400, and the kids got a $1200 trampoline!! Much better than a load of plastic toys etc . And it will last them quite a few years. We researched what trampolines were on the market, and Springfree came up with the best safety and also can take quite a big weight, which means adults can jump with the kids. It was a prompt purchase and I saved myself the delivery fee, by going and collecting it from the warehouse in Mangere. We had an "installer" erect it for us, and he was prompt, very polite and capable. Only one little drawback, is it did not include a solid ladder. We could have purchased a flexible ladder, but I did not feel the 2 year old would manage that. Altogether we are very happy, and would recommend the Springfree.

Springfree were prompt with our order, so our mokopuna had their trampoline for Christmas! The installer was on time, very quick and capable and polite. Springfree are a little more expensive than some other trampolines, but you get what you pay for, and we are so happy with it, as it is extremely safe, and can take a very big weight...which means adults can jump with kids! Highly recommend them. Enjoy!!!
