Our daughter loves trampoline but need better instructions to install what a mission. You should look at colour coding as the instructions say as tramp is not.

I absolutely love my new spring free trampoline! We purchased one day before lockdown and it was absolutely an essential item for my household! My daughter has used it every single day, even in the rain! The quality of the trampoline is great, the instruction manual is easy to follow but I would recommend watching the videos as well. Love that the oval size can fit in compact areas but has adequate jump space.

The sales representative was awesome. Communication was prompt and friendly and the process was straightforward and pain free. Drove into the head office in Christchurch, paid for the trampoline. The rep gave me tips on assembling the trampoline then it was loaded into the vehicle and off I went. Couldn't have been easier!

It took us a couple of years to decide to purchase a spring free as it is a large expense, but I am so glad we went ahead finally. It's an incredible product. So much better than the others priced lower. Such a clever design, worth every penny. I was surprised at the swiftness of the order from the time I purchased it was all go. Decided to pick up the trampoline myself to save delivery charge, and although there was no note of my purchase, as it was the next day from purchasing, the staff got it sorted instantly and I was loaded up ready to go in minutes. The service has been excellent. Decided to have it assembled and the gentleman arrived the next day, no waiting. He was done in 40 minutes. The children were delighted, and now all there friends are delighted! I though it was a sacrifice of our small back yard but the children use the space so much better now. They are constantly outside.

Upon careful consideration and previous tramp purchases. I selected Springfree over everything else. Due to reviews and material quality. I was not disappointed. Awesome product that will last. However most importantly. SAFE. Thanks springfree.

We have enjoyed Springfree trampolines for our children since they were 2 years old. They are so safe and the best entertainment! We have just purchased a larger size as the kids are 14 years old and still love it. I Couldn’t recommend Springfree highly enough. Value for money and safety.

It was harder to assemble than it looked on the video, although the instructions were good and easy to follow. The grand children are delighted with the trampoline.

Whilst the product is great I am disappointed to be emailed just a week after purchase to be told that spring free is now offering $300 off new purchases. This was very frustrating and poorly timed.

We wanted to buy a trampoline for our grand kids to encourage outside activity. A Springfree Tramp was chosen because of the thought and design put into the safety aspect. It has been a great success. Our kids love it and so do all the neighborhood children!

Great trampoline and arrived completely intact and delivered within the specified time frame. Feel safe using it and kids loving it already. The only thing : installation - definitely read the instructions - but you also need to watch the videos - and match up the written instructions to the videos because there's some things missing in the written instructions and some things missing in the videos - but if you do both and marry them up you will fill in the missing gaps. Probably I would advise you to get one of their installers. We couldn't as we weren't in the region for installers. However, we got there in the end but with quite a lengthy set-up time. Definitely takes TWO people though, it won't work single-handed. The end result is WORTH it though, as this is an extremely high quality and safe trampoline. :)
