Mohammad, your installer (re relocation services) arrived at 9am and was gone 9.30! He arrived just as our toddler was heading off to day care and boy-oh-boy was he excited to see him. We purchased the week of lockdown and because we couldn’t lift it/fix it we have had to wait it out. Thats’s tough going on a little guy that had his birthday smack bang in the middle of lock down too - this was his surprise!

Our daughter loves trampoline but need better instructions to install what a mission. You should look at colour coding as the instructions say as tramp is not.

It was a pleasure dealing with staff from this company and they went out of their way to deliver the trampoline to me within a tight time-frame. The trampoline is awesome and knowing that I've purchased a product with a lot of research having gone into its' design and safety is very reassuring. This is a company that cares about manufacturing a safe product. Muhammed who came and installed the trampoline was very pleasant and helpful. When looking to purchase a trampoline safety was paramount for me. After having viewed other trampolines on the market I kept coming back to Springfree. After watching the video and listening to the thought and design safety of this product it was a no brainer. Delivery of a quality product is obviously important to this company, doing research and keeping people safe is clearly shown in their video.
