Our daughter loves trampoline but need better instructions to install what a mission. You should look at colour coding as the instructions say as tramp is not.

When looking to purchase a trampoline safety was paramount for me. After having viewed other trampolines on the market I kept coming back to Springfree. After watching the video and listening to the thought and design safety of this product it was a no brainer. Delivery of a quality product is obviously important to this company, doing research and keeping people safe is clearly shown in their video.

It was a pleasure dealing with staff from this company and they went out of their way to deliver the trampoline to me within a tight time-frame. The trampoline is awesome and knowing that I've purchased a product with a lot of research having gone into its' design and safety is very reassuring. This is a company that cares about manufacturing a safe product. Muhammed who came and installed the trampoline was very pleasant and helpful. Quite disappointed with FlexrStep. I have contacted the customer service and look forward to hearing back form them, allowing me to return it. Trampoline is great otherwise although a bit expensive.

had many issue with getting my order through. I do not think that we should pay extra for delivery and adding 90$ for the stairs seems excessive... I contacted the customer service many times but without any luck waving the delivering fees. I am now looking for a quick delivery so my daughter starts enjoying it soon.

A well-resolved product. Safe, and a winner aesthetically. Quality components and easy to follow assembly instructions. (I managed to assemble with my 13yr old daughter and I swore never to self assemble after past experience with kit-sets). Superb service - and delivery even in lock-down! This tramp has saved my sanity when stuck at home for 6 weeks with restless children.

Very happy with our new Springfree Medium Oval trampoline! The oval shape is an excellent fit in our slightly narrow space. A Springfree installer came and put it together in no time at all - he was prompt and very pleasant - he made this whole thing a positive experience and the kids started bouncing immediately. This trampoline and installation are the best and I highly recommend both :)

We are very happy with our new Springfree trampoline! The oval shape is excellent; everything seems to be of a high quality, and it's been hours of fun for our little guy (and my husband!) already! We appreciate that the design means that the jumping space is maximised for the space required in our garden. We took our time assembling it, and read all the instructions and watched the videos first - which really made a difference.

Website is a bit clunky as the shopping cart drops off screen if you go back to look at other items. It doesnt empty its just not visible for an easy return. However your customer service is excellent

I absolutely love my new spring free trampoline! We purchased one day before lockdown and it was absolutely an essential item for my household! My daughter has used it every single day, even in the rain! The quality of the trampoline is great, the instruction manual is easy to follow but I would recommend watching the videos as well. Love that the oval size can fit in compact areas but has adequate jump space.

The sales representative was awesome. Communication was prompt and friendly and the process was straightforward and pain free. Drove into the head office in Christchurch, paid for the trampoline. The rep gave me tips on assembling the trampoline then it was loaded into the vehicle and off I went. Couldn't have been easier!

Awesome trampoline! After stupidly buying a cheap one from The Warehouse that started falling apart after a few weeks, this one has had a serious workout during lockdown and will definitely last many years. Certainly worth the $$$. I would recommend getting the basketball hoop - kids love it :)

Very easy process to purchase trampoline via phone call, and not using a retailer means the price is lower. Hassle free purchase, product delivered promptly, and product exactly as per the website. I must admit it took a fair amount of effort to put the white rods in while assembling! Overall took about 3+ hours to assemble oval mid-size trampoline.
