It was harder to assemble than it looked on the video, although the instructions were good and easy to follow. The grand children are delighted with the trampoline.

This is a product that is going to last longer than the kids will want to bounce. Such a superior product in all ways. I have owned different trampolines and they are not constructed like a Springfree tramp. The Springfree product in stronger than I could have imagined, has a better bouncing surface, is steadier and better looking than anything out there. Bouncing on a Springfree tramp just feels safer and the difference is amazing. Buying NZ made is the way to go. The price is a bit higher than other brands but you are paying for a design that will last for as long as the kids want to bounce. Every detail from the zips, to the ladder, the netting to the sturdy frame has been thought of. You truely are buying a well designed and well thought out product.

Whilst the product is great I am disappointed to be emailed just a week after purchase to be told that spring free is now offering $300 off new purchases. This was very frustrating and poorly timed.

We wanted to buy a trampoline for our grand kids to encourage outside activity. A Springfree Tramp was chosen because of the thought and design put into the safety aspect. It has been a great success. Our kids love it and so do all the neighborhood children!

The website does not have an indication on when we can expect to be able to pick up? Do you ring us or do we have to follow this up ourselves. It would be good if there is a pop-up letting us know that if we change our minds about DIY assembly that we can pay for this later...

Such a super trampoline. I did a lot of research before we purchased and we couldn’t go past springfree for everything we wanted and above all safety for our almost 2 year old twins. The look out the window every day and get excited when they see it and I love how I can sit back and watch them in it knowing it’s completely safe. I also love how bouncy the trampoline is and the perfect size in our back yard. By far the best thing we have bought for them.

Fantastic product and great peace of mind with respect to how safe it is. Love the quality of build, the 10 year warranty behind it, the ease of ordering and the very prompt delivery. Some parts of installation would benefit from a bit more clarity in the videos however we set it up in time for our daughter's birthday party. Word of warning though: you will NOT be able to get your kids off this!! :-)

Very easy to order and super quick delivery of our trampoline. Being able to compare trampolines was very useful. Emails informing of the progress of the order/delivery were awesome. And I had a great laugh at the delivery instructions for the courier to always call ahead & arrange the delivery so as to not spoil the surprise for the kids!!!
