Rigid Hitch is a family-owned manufacturer and warehouse distributor of trailer hitches, towing accessories, trailer parts, and truck accessories. Our corporate headquarters and main warehouse are located in Burnsville, Minnesota. We supply products to many businesses throughout the country including auto parts stores, hitch installation & welding shops, auto dealers, rental stores, and direct to consumer.
We are constantly adding new products online to keep up with our customers’ towing needs. Since finding the right item can be confusing at times we have an amazing customer service team. Our customer service team gets training throughout the year. Many employees on our customer service team have extensive knowledge and have been with our company for several years. After placing your order, our warehouse team does their stuff which lets us get orders shipped out as soon as possible. In most cases orders are shipped the same day they are received.
