Brackets folded under the weight of the outside unit. Had to modify the bracket to mount the unit. I was able to use it but it's fairly flimsy for the weight it's supposed to carry.

Super easy to calculate size requirement, select and order unit and necessary accessories. Unit arrived nicely crated and complete. Installation was quick, easy and everything was delivered on one pallet. The unit cools beautifully and is very quiet, can hardly hear it running.
