Arrived as ordered. Have not used it yet. Says must draw a refrigerant down to inject. Guess you cannot inject with refrigerant pressure?

I used this according to instructions and after one week, the mini-split is still pumping out cold air. Hopefully the leak got plugged.

NOT SURE IF ITS A GREAT DEAL OR NOT. HAD PREVIOUSLY ORDERED 1 IN AN EARLIER SHIPMENT. USED IT ABOUT 9 MONTHS LATER - SEEMS TO HAVE DONE THE TRICK. ORDERED THESE 2 JUST IN CASE. HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO USE THEM.

ALL MY DEALINGS (EXCEPT 1) WITH HIGH SEER HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WITH THE UNIT THAT HAD A 33' LINE SET. I WAS NOT AWARE (UNTIL I SPOKE WITH TECH SUPPORT) THAT THE UNIT COULD NOT BE PRE-LOADED WITH ENOUGH COOLANT FOR THE 33' LINE SET AND ADDITIONAL COOLANT HAS TO BE ADDED AFTER INSTALLATION. AFTER USING THE FIRST LEAK STOP I ORDERED WITH THE MINI SPLIT ORDER, RECHECKING PRESSURE AND FOR LEAKS AND RECHARGING THE SYSTEM WITH THE PROPER AMOUNT OF COOLANT ALL SEEMS TO BE WORKING PROPERLY.

The check valve bead somehow popped out of the fitting I needed to use. I didn't realize this at the time and it blew out the back. HighSeer took care of me and sent a new one out. This time I'll know to check for the check valve bead in the nozzle and a few extra tips. The customer service at HighSeer/Pioneer is great!
