This shipped via R&L Carriers. The carton was banged up pretty badly, I was afraid there would be some concealed damage. But, I installed it for my customer and it is working as designed.

Seems to be very high quality with adequate instructions - I have not fired the unit yet. A packing/parts list would be helpful. I was unable to locate the thread sealant and had to go back to the website to confirm that it was supposed to be included. WARNING - the thread sealant is only a couple of milliliters which would make the package about the size of a postage stamp. I assumed it would be in the packaging of other parts. For some reason it is included on the outside of the box in the sleeve holding the shipping paperwork. My compliments to Pioneer's support people. They were able to answer this questions in less than 1 minute through live chat. When I still could not find the sealant they immediately dropped a replacement in the mail. I'm looking forward to receipt so I can finish my installation.
