Brackets folded under the weight of the outside unit. Had to modify the bracket to mount the unit. I was able to use it but it's fairly flimsy for the weight it's supposed to carry.

Unit and accessories arrived in good condition. It took over two weeks to get my shipment OUT of the warehouse. Seemed like a long time to process an order.

We force fitted our 27K BTU Triple unit and the rubber pads could not be used with the hollow feet of our unit. But works great installed and running.

This new bracket style is horrible. Very poor quality and poorly designed/manufactured. Unfortunately it almost caused a ~$1600 condenser unit to fall to the ground after it failed to support the weight. Bracket was sold with the unit as the manufacturer recommended bracket, and it is CLEARLY not capable of holding the weight of anything near advertised.

Actual AC units are great. Very cost-effective and I've purchased several so far and will purchase more. Brackets were extremely poor quality and I will not purchase them again. They are simply not acceptable, and you should go back to the previous manufacturer that you were selling back in 2017, as those brackets were far superior.
