Super easy to calculate size requirement, select and order unit and necessary accessories. Unit arrived nicely crated and complete. Installation was quick, easy and everything was delivered on one pallet. The unit cools beautifully and is very quiet, can hardly hear it running.

My 5 year old 18,000 btu split unit developed a gas leak in the inside head unit and I wasn't able to replace it or repair it, so this was a replacement unit. It is MUCH more impressive than the old unit ever was. This thing will cool off a large room in nothing flat. Wish I had gone with the larger unit right out of the gate 5 years ago, but live and learn. Note: be sure this unit will fit where you want to hang it. It is pretty large. Check the measurements in the specs. So far I am extremely pleased with it, but time will tell.

The only issue I encountered was that the unit I ordered on 8/24/2020 did not ship out to me until 9/4/2020. That seemed like a long time to get it sent out. Once it got on the road it got here pretty quickly. And the tracker link they sent me didn't work.
