Item was listed and viewed as a light tan color. These are as white as the snow we got last week.

Customer service would only say that's the way it is! White color instead of the advertised description. Sort of like bait and switch.

Is an economical lineset cover. It is not as robust as some other brands. Transition pieces are made of a hard light material that work but are difficult at times to get a good fit. Not the best product to work with in cold weather. Looks good when installed and overcome some of the idiosyncrasies of installation.

Pretty good site when in desktop, lacks a little intuitiveness when using mobile device - no search, accessories tab, limited suggested accessories when viewing product. Be nice to see all items associated with product listed in item description. Sales and delivery of the products have been good. I did experience not receiving some merchandise that was ordered. These products are small and have always been placed inside of one of the boxes when shipped. Called PD and they sent items FedEx which arrived within two days. Have had some technical questions and they were good at answering those. Overall, they are a responsive supplier that provides a good product.

Your web page is laid out very professional---made it easy to find and choose items---and LOVE your prices. Only problem was trying to bend 5/8 tubing---elbows was to large. Love the unit----working great!
