I had my doubts when it arrived. Box was basically destroyed but rack was not affected. When I saw how it went together I was convinced it would not hold the clothes. I was wrong on both counts! I love the garment rack-the size is perfect and the fact that it is on wheels makes it extremely easy to move around. I am considering ordering another.

Not sure if I would buy from you again. Let's wait until I receive the product, then ask me if I would ever do business with you again. Absoulutely perfect-size is great, very strong, wheels make it easy to move around. I am considering purchasing another. I will definitely recommend to others.

I ordered two of these for my in home boutique. They are perfect! Super durable and easy to take apart to travel to others homes when needed. I love that I can have the portability AND durability. Great price for amazing quality.

When I first received my order, I got the wrong racks. My husband called and was able to fix the problem quickly and I got the correct ones two days later. I am extremely happy with how it was all resolved and the quality of the racks.

We have now purchased 6 of these racks for storing our marching band uniforms -- I can't wait for our other (cheaper) racks to finally break so we can replace them with this model!! Band uniforms are heavy and these racks are exceptional. Amazingly strong, but easy to pull uprights from base for loading into bus luggage/stoarge areas. Only recommendation is to be able to tell us what size tools we could use to assemble, the ratchet wrench provided is only ok. 100% recommended!!

I ordered 2 of these on July 25th and they arrived on July 29th. Quick shipping!! The instruction for putting them together were a little vague but fairly easy to figure out. Didn't take much time for my husband and I to assemble them. They are very strong and hold a lot of weight! We have a ton of clothes! Very pleased with my purchase. The only complaint I would have is that I was never sent a shipping or tracking email

I had to force the one post in to the orange section (post was just a hair too big, maybe it had too much chrome on it). Other than that, all was good. Had it assembled in 20 minutes max.

Easy to place an order. Built it with a top and lower rack. Loaded both bars with clothes. Very sturdy, tried to rock it to see if it would fall, not a chance.
