was so excited about this rack and it came really quickly which surprised me. great.. then I set everything up, and get to the lower rack and it absolutely cannot hold. I have no idea how to get this thing to stop sliding. quite frankly it is really annoying. once that issue resolves, 5 stars for me. until then... 3 it is. I don't understand how the guy in the tutorial even puts all that weight on the second row. seems like a magic trick at this point.

Relatively easy to assemble. Strong, sturdy, holds as advertised 400 pounds. Very pleased.

I had one garment rack purchased in local store and the connectors were hard plastic and it broke which caused the rack to lean over. Ever since, I looked online for all steel, sturdy, commercial grade. I absolutely love it. I could hang from it all day and it will not bend. I have a lot of clothes. Excellent craftsmanship. I do not regret buying from this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

I ordered two of these for my in home boutique. They are perfect! Super durable and easy to take apart to travel to others homes when needed. I love that I can have the portability AND durability. Great price for amazing quality.

When I first received my order, I got the wrong racks. My husband called and was able to fix the problem quickly and I got the correct ones two days later. I am extremely happy with how it was all resolved and the quality of the racks.

I had to force the one post in to the orange section (post was just a hair too big, maybe it had too much chrome on it). Other than that, all was good. Had it assembled in 20 minutes max.

Easy to place an order. Built it with a top and lower rack. Loaded both bars with clothes. Very sturdy, tried to rock it to see if it would fall, not a chance.
