I am surprised that when I started shopping for a watch of this type, it was not not on any of the top 10, 12, or 20 list that Google gave me when I did my search. This looks like a real problem, I think you are getting screwed by Amazon and Google. If I were you, I would have my lawyer look into it.

I only had the watch for about 2 months and parts are already falling off of it. It is cheaply made and the company is trying make me pay about 50% of the cost for a replacement. I am sure this is a commom issue since the warranty conveniently doesn't cover from "external damage." In my opinion this isn't external damage but the watch seems to be defective. The watch should not be falling apart this early. If I could give the watch zero stars I would. I am going to cancel my service. DO NOT BUY!!!
