I did not see the simcard in my package and emailed the company. I got response the next day informing me to order a free one on the web with provided code. I did it and the process was painless. Great customer service.

This is a great smart watch. Love that it has calling and texting features without internet access. The watch itself is a bit bulky and wish it were a little more streamlined. If there was a way to add access to music, that would be perfect!

I was going between the angel watch and the gizmo watch through Verizon. The angle watch had better reviews so we went with the angle watch. Over all I am liking it.... a few small things I have ran into is everyday it resets to a different time even after I took the auto change off..... and it drops off the 4g network more then I would like I thought the connection would have been better with the reviews especially because we are in the city so no reason it should be dropping that much

My Grandma bought this for my son as his bus stop is a block from our house and he gets home before all of us. Even though we don't live in a bad neighborhood its a little bit of an extra peace of mind. The service and the watch itself has been great!
