We have had our Springfree trampoline for over 8 years. During this time I have seen my children and their friends graduate from gentle bouncing to flips, water fights and impressive acrobatics. While their style of play has changed, the frequency of use has not and 8 years on, it is still used most days and continues to be in great condition. It’s definitely made with kiwi kids in mind. If safety’s a priority for your family then I would recommend a Springfree, our family wouldn’t be without it.

This trampoline may be safest trampoline in the world but for the installer the most dangerous, I read the installation manual and all the safety warnings and still managed to break my nose and end end up in north shore hospital. The fibre glass rods are under a huge amount of bending force this one took me by surprise and my face was in the firing line. Luckily for me I had my sunglasses on which saved my eye but not my nose. The assembly instructions warn you of keeping your head away from the fibre glass rods but for some reason I had my head in the wrong place at the wrong time. The lesson that can be learn't from this is to always ware safety glasses and keep you head well away from the poles. Or pay an installer. Now that i'm an expert in installation in happy to install yours for you.

We love our Springfree Trampoline. It is worth every cent! We often say that it is the best thing we have ever purchased for our children. They have so much fun on it and play on it ALL the time. The company was also great to deal with and I would recommend getting the install.

Installation was difficult when it came to fitting the rods to the mat, more difficult than we anticipated, but we got there eventually.Very pleased with the trampoline. One benefit of a springfree over a traditional spring trampoline that doesn't seem to have been mentioned is that they are so much quieter, almost silent.

After researching many brands of trampolines, we bought this for our 2 year old. The installation was challenging (just under two hours), but we expected this after reading the reviews, and to see it completed was fantastic. We are impressed with the customer service, quick delivery and quality of the product. It looks great and are thrilled with the safety aspects of the trampoline. Our 2 year old loves it, and we hope she will have many years of fun!

It is the most awesome trampoline, our girls have been saving since 2007 to purchase this. My only recommendation is to insist on professional installation. The springs that smacked back on me had me feeling like I was run over by a truck the next day; they got me good in the ribs and the shoulder.

HiSince our trampoline was purchase from a show and was being used as a demo. Between the show and getting it home it ended up with the powder coating on the frame getting damaged. There are a few areas where the metal is showing.Also when attaching the mat to the rods I found that many of the socket holders on the mat were out of position. I only figured this out after getting through attaching many of the rods. It was impossible to continue inserting rods and I had a great issue with removing rods to put the socket holders in the correct position.I guess that for first time assembly this wouldn't be a problem, but for a second assembly this can cause a lot of trouble. A note in documention about this would have been good.Anyway, now that that I have assembled it, I can easily do it by myself in just over an hour.ThanksPaul

Awesome tramp, looks and performs great. Once we got the hang of installing it the process was fun and only took a couple of hours. A small gripe with the add on dunk hoop was the cable ties supplied were too large to fit through the holes in the brackets. But overall a great product and we hope it will last a lot longer than our last chinese tramp (which was a total waste of money)

I originally purchased an SF90 spring free trampoline about 8 years ago and the frame showed signs of corrosion to the extent I thought I should seek advice from the manufacturer. From the very first phone call I made to springfree to see what my options were right until the replacement trampoline arrived the service I received was exceptional. Not only did springfree offer to immediately remedy the problem under the warranty terms and conditions they were very willing to accommodate any request I had regarding options to remedy the problem. in the end I decided to purchase a brand new trampoline and right the way through the process I was made to feel like my concerns had been taken on board and everyone I spoke with went out of there way to help me. Four weeks out from Christmas with a situation that I saw turning into an absolute nightmare turned into the best customer service experience I have ever encountered. This is an awesome trampoline! Love it - so big and bouncy even the adults get on there - which the kids love! Found it really hard to assemble, the spring bits were extremely challenging so make sure there are a few strong people to do this. Make sure you follow the instructions really carefully because there is no part of this job that you want to re-do. But once up it is worth the effort!

We purchased a large oval Springfree trampoline some 5 years ago. We recently had an issue so I phoned Springfree and I cannot tell you how positive and easy to deal with Grant was.It was so refreshing in today's busy and often aggressive times to dealwith someone like Grant and a company like Springfree. Nothing was too much trouble, their response was always positive, their communication was prompt, they truly wanted to help... they were a pleasure to deal with. I will sing their praises to anyone who is prepared to listen !

We Love Springfree especially fantastic for my wee disabled girl as there's very little jarring and no springs or steel frame :)
