What can I say? We love it. Have had the trampoline for about 3 months and the kids (and the adults) all get plenty of use out of it. The build is fantastic. Clearly high quality. So glad we saved up for this rather than being tempted to get a cheaper 'version'. Nothing that I've seen comes close to this make of trampoline for day to day use and believe me, I did my research.We found the setup to fairly straight forward. I'm a pretty strong bloke, but still found we had to use the "1 person under the trampoline technique" to get the struts in. Definitely takes two to set up.I would strongly recommend this product to anyone looking at getting a trampoline. I hear the re-sale price remains quite high too (not that you'd sell it eh?)

We're now on to our second Springfree tramp. We purchased our first one 3 years ago and took it with overseas. It served us well and is now in the loving hands of a very appreciative family in Vanuatu. On our return to NZ we purchased a replacement Jumbo Square Trampoline. On delivery some items were missing from the consignment but were sourced and delivered to us in super quick time. Once unpacked and instructions read, the build was a breeze. I've been impressed with the enhancements to the design and the instillation instructions. The colour coding around the frame and corresponding components is Gold. Now with the Trampoline up the the family is enjoying hours of fun bouncing.Thanks Springfree for a great product and exceptional service.

Watched the video's while putting up tramp along with the written instructions. Made sure everyone involved watched. Had no arguments or fights! All very east to use, but really needed some he-man strength for the wee white poles to be placed into the mat.

The best trampoline money could buy. Its safe and fun for all ages and boy this thing is massive.. Great customer service also..One thing i would add i think the step should be frr with the trampoline thats the only con..

Just Brilliant and the perfect size for us as well. Our son really loves it and is on it all the time. Highly reommended and I was so pleased so didnt buy the cheaper versions. This is totally quality.

Excellent product - took a few hours to set up as there is one tricky bit! Installation video was very helpful. It isn't as bouncy as I expected but enough to keep the kids happy.

Having abided by the instructions and advice we watched the online set up procedures and read the instructions. We were looking forward to having an easy set up. 6.5hrs later............. Before retiring for the night, we searched YouTube to see how others installed. We found a video of one chap installing by himself and the next day we had it all finished in 40mins. We found the instructions difficult to work through and the video detail was not zoomed in or out enough to show the full process. We suggest reviewing YouTube footage for hot tips to save hours of heart ache and frustration. Other than that, our son LOVES IT and we're ENJOYING IT!!

I bought a SF90 trampoline 6 years ago. My husband and a male friend took several hours to assemble it on Christmas Eve, with lost skin and several bruises. I understand that installation is easier with the newer models. It would have to be. Within 3 years, the harsh NZ sun destroyed the outer casing of all the rods, both upper and lower. I called Springfree and replacement rods were sent promptly, at no cost. Removing the upper rods and replacing the casings was easy enough for me to accomplish alone, but removing and replacing the casings of the lower rods was beyond me. Luckily, Springfree were able to recommend installers, who removed the old casings and re-erected the trampoline. For anyone moving house (or otherwise needing to deconstruct their trampoline) I would thoroughly recommend a professional installer.

We spent about 3 hours setting this up, which was not as bad as I thought it might, the instructions were great. Be good to have somebody on hand to do the set up for busy households in Nelson though!. The kids were jumping on it at 6am the next morning, and absolutely love it. No accidents and the hoop is amazing well worth the money... Thanks to my friends who convinced me... and your very helpful staff.

Just put together our R79 in preparation for an Xmas morning surprise - although difficult, I managed it with my partners help. Watch the videos and read the instructions - you will get there - especially the net setup and the rod placement with mat to get it even. Having looked around at numerous trampolines this is by far the strongest, most safe, quality materials and excellent sales service around BY A COUNTRY MILE. I couldn't find anything comparable in the (extensive) trampoline market. And its a NZ product - well done and horray to NZ!

Love our spring free tramp we just purchased for our 2 young kids. Easy to put up if you have patience and read and follow instructions. The bounce is awesome. So glad we purchased springfree as i'm sure we will have it for years to come :)

We received the trampoline 2 days after ordering, very impressive! We completed the first 3 steps immediately but strong winds and worse forecast delayed the completion. We spent another hour today completing the set-up and we're delighted with the result. Yes, it is tricky and we double-checked instructions several times but we got there without any mistakes. My advice: DO follow the instructions and all steps. If it doesn't make sense trust me, it will further down the process. DO NOT be tempted to take short cuts, there ain't any! It was very do-able with one fairly strong husband and myself, a not-so-strong support person. I pulled the rods from inside the trampoline while hubby pushed them into the net holders, that worked good for us. Overall we're very happy and the kids delighted! Already had tears about who's turn it is... Thanks for the great product and great service.

love the trampoline,didnt love putting it together, most of it really easy, video did help a bit would of been better if it showed it being made from start to finish not just bits and the part with the net was the most confusing, why throw it in the middle?? once you have lined up the blue dots, why not just pull it over the edge where it will hang anyway?? we watched the video again and again it just didn't make sense, id say pay the $140nzd and get the people to do it for you, in fact springfree when you pay $2000nzd for a trampoline why not offer free installation?? thanks for the tramplone we love it

Our kids have loved every minute of owning our springfree tramp. They have grown up on it & they all seem to learn how to do a sommersault at the same age 4. They do tricks & flips, play soccer & wrestle, have dolls parties, sleepovers, waterfights. It has entertained people from 1 to 70 & all have been enthralled. As a child I struggled to do a flip, but have been doing them for 9 years after my 5 year-old taught me soon after we got the tramp. It has been hours of fun for everyone, a compact party in the back yard & our "Family-Bounce" is great for keeping us together. This has been the single best purchase for our family & we don't ever want to be without it.
