Over time the business has expanded beyond walleye to a variety of freshwater fish like yellow perch, bluegill, lake trout, whitefish, smelt, northern pike, salmon and more. There are also Midwestern specialties like cheese curds, wild rice, venison summer sausage, soups and smoked fish options. There was an acquisition of a local meat company to add family farm raised beef, chicken and pork.
