Our CoursesWe offer affordable, user-friendly online training for food and beverage industry professionals. Our self-paced Food Handler certification programs are state-approved and accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB), a trusted leader in standards and conformity assessment that serves both U.S. businesses and the public good.
Our Food Handler courses cover essential food safety topics, such as proper preparation and storage techniques, equipment sanitation, hygiene protocols and cross-contamination prevention. They can be accessed on any internet-ready device, including laptops, tablets and smartphones. Upon passing, participants can instantly download and print their Food Handler card and certificate.
We also proudly offer Food Manager training and ANAB-accredited exams through our partnership with StateFoodSafety.
To ensure accessibility, our educational materials and exams are available in English and Spanish, making it easy for everyone to learn and apply food safety principles at their establishment.
