The purchase of the barn door hardware was a good experience. I was a bit tentative. but the customer care gentleman was most helpful. The installation went well and the sliding door works just fine! The hardware kit that I ordered is of high quality, not like the products at the big box stores. I am very pleased with my purchase.

THis maple door is truly like a piece of fine furniture. The quality is outstanding, it was delivered unscathed perfect. The grains in the wood are beautiful , I stained it express which really brought out the richness of the wood. I am using it as a sliding door in the master between the bedroom and bath. I will not hesitate to order another one to use with the closet and master. you won't regret buying this product.

Excellent quality and service, we have heavy duty sliding doors and every other product failed, our wooden floors are laid on concrete so an extra screw hole would have been useful. We reinforced the stability with a quality epoxy.

I searched for a while for the "right" hardware that was made in the US and I am glad I did my research. The hardware was shipped quickly, delivered fast with top notch packaging so it was perfect out of the box. The instructions were easy enough to follow and in a couple of hours my door was up and operating quietly and easily. I especially like that the 7 foot track is delivered as one piece and not split in two like so many others do. My wife LOVES her new barn door and I love the look and quality. Order 225 sq ft of reclaimed barn wood accent boards. The colors, levels of aging, and variety of species/colors was excellent. Customer was very impressed by the results on her 10’ x 15’ wall and bar.

These are the Best roller guides for any sliding door. They are extremely sturdy and the rollers are smooth and will not ruin your door! Highly recommended. They are a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. You'll love it!

The door is magnificent. I love it as do others who have seen it. Thank you . It was a bit of a challenge for our contractor to install. We did not purchase one item which delayed the installation. Your customer service was helpful and did help us purchase the needed header board. Still not sure if that was our error in purchasing or the sites error in the directions. Happy holidays.

We really like the hardware! Great over the phone conversation and help with order, prompt shipping, very well packaged. Instructions were very helpful and well organized. I ordered the raw steel, applied a single, thin layer of gun bluing and the patina was amazing! The only issue I had was the screws for the soft stop tabs broke off in my door, even with a pilot hole. I had to use shorter, better quality screws.

I am a residential designer familiar with many manufacturers or “middle man” manufacturers of different styles of the barn doors. I usually go to select my hardware to “professional design centers”. I rarely was satisfied with quality of hardware or customer service after purchasing. This time I decided to “take a risk” and look myself for a good review of manufacturers on line. What a success! Really great customer service prior to purchasing as well as after. I was always able to get a life person on the phone and get the advice about details and strengths of different type of their hardware. It’s was important as my 6 doors were all very heavy , all 8’ tall with varied widths between 4’ and 6’ . The hardware was shipped in wood crate , labeled what was supposed to go to which room as per my phone conversation . Was easy to install. My client LOVED soft closure on all the doors. Quality of all hardware is superb. Design unique and pretty! That will be my source for barn doors! AJ Design Studio, Phoenix, AZ.

I just installed a box rail system for to barn doors going into a bedroom. The system worked reall good. There was 1 problem that I had with one of the rollers. I asked for another part, and I got it in 2 days. Service and products are awesome.

The Teardrop Privacy Lock is a high quality piece, simplistic in design, which functions perfectly for what it is designed for. Make sure the door fits into a mortise (as shown in the photos) and doesn’t just but up against a flat piece of trim. I had to add the mortise so the strike plate could be mounted far enough away from the end of the door.

I bought the Classic X-Brace door in Cherry wood but ended up not using one of the cross pieces, so it ended up becoming a Z-Brace door. Instructions were very clear and everything went together very well. The straight slot screws were difficult to use though, and I damaged the wood in 2 or 3 places when the driver slipped off the screw head. I would recommend using Philips head screws for any and everything. Finished product turned out looking great and I experimented with 3 different stains. All of the stains I tried look great. You will love this door. By the way, it is VERY heavy. So be careful and get help to move and install it.

Heavy duty. Easy to install and works great. Should have purchased these originally instead of using the plastic guides that came with the barn door. The plastic ones are worthless. Well worth the money for these heavy duty ones!
