The online site made the configuration and order process easy. Plenty of options to pick from. We ordered a rail set for our 10' x 9' barn door. Outside install. Appears to be very good quality. Customer service was very helpful answering a few questions. Shipment was quick.

Your documentation is excellent! I have an adjacent wall next to the door which complicates the installation. I wanted to be sure everything would fit and the drawing made that possible.
