The Real Sliding Hardware worked great and is very strong and stable. We hung reclaimed Oak Barnwood doors that weighted over 200 pounds. They work great, even my 2 year grand-daughter can easily open and close the doors.

I purchased an oil-brushed, 107", sliding hardware kit with hammered edges. The hammered edges give it a nice rustic look. Due to my installation I selected the custom (non-drilled) track. The kit is very well engineered and constructed. The kit contents comes packaged nicely with accurate and easy to follow instructions. The only downfall I have experienced is the coating on the wheels where it rides on the tracked peeled off after only a couple of open/close cycles, although it is not overly noticeable. It sounded like scotch tape was on one of the wheels and when I looked you could tell the coating was peeling at the track contact point in a few places. I am very meticulous, but overall I am pleased with the kit. Due to the custom track order there was a slight delay with delivery, but Jenn B was very customer centric and efficiently corrected the situation. I would have no problem recommended their product to others.

I like the look and feel of the double barn door hardware and LOVE that it's made in the USA. But, I wish it was adjustable. I'm a DIY guy. I drilled one of the holes slightly off, now the doors come together at the top but there's about a half inch gap at the bottom. I need to take the 100 pound doors down, fill the hole and re-drill. Just not sure the best way to do this so I don't ruin the $1,000 mahogany doors. Unfortunately, the folks at Real Sliding Hardware didn't have much advice to fix this. So, just make sure that the hard ware is adjustable or be very careful to drill correctly. Had I known, I probably would have continued shopping for something adjustable.

Easy to install and works to perfection, it was a little costly but in the end I'm glad I choose REAL hardware. I've been burned to many times lately by cheap hardware disguised as top notch so it was nice to get a great product to a change. Thanks

This is the only barn door hardware to instal. I build custom homes and enjoy working in a sliding barn door somewhere in the project. The hardware is very easy to instal and works perfect. shipping is always prompt and I can count on everything to be included

Much research( both on cost and operational capacity) brought me to Real Sliding Hardware where I purchased 4 sets of the Aero style barn door hardware for a condo renovation. I also purchased the barn doors ( assembled) from them. Excellent all around, although they could go a bit further in finishing the doors. A 'rustic' look is part of the package, but a sufficient final coating of wax would lend itself to easier maintenance. The 'rough' wood catches dust. I waxed my doors a couple more times with clear paste wax ( lots of elbow grease) and they are now excellent! (I'd post a photo here, but no capacity on this page.....)
