The install was flawless and simple - the hardware works wonderfully. My request is to develop some hardware to allow locking the doors and better weatherproffing. I have had several requests to do exterior doors, i usaully talk them out of it due to the difficulties mentioned above. In this case it was for a closet as part of an outside kitchen, with no chance of a security issue to the house.

I could not be happier with my Aero Stainless Steel Barn Door Hardware. I had ordered from another company and the hardware came damaged and definitely was not as Quality made as the Real hardware. I am so glad I made the decision to go with Real Slidong Door Hardware instead. On top of a quality product, the customer service can not be beat - they are incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns you might have.

This purchase was a pleasure all around. I asked a few questions over email before purchase and got immediate response which cleared up my ordering. The product arrived super fast, was very well packaged and protected, and it was super easy to install, good instructions were useful for my first rail door. As a note to other buyers, I would highly recommend getting the drywall anti-crush protectors (I did not use them, and probably should have, one of the mounts did crush the wall a little but I just backed the bolt out a quarter turn and I think I'm OK).

This is the second barn door I have made and installed for clients. Both times I have purchased the hardware from this company. From knowledgeable and helpful staff, to efficient response I have been very satisfied. This was the first time using the Areo hardware with the hush wheels. My client loved the look and was especially pleased with the ease with which it rolled.
